Satsport Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

1. General Rules & Platform Use

Satsport is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, and slots. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You may not use the platform for commercial gain, as a business operation, or on behalf of any third party.

All content on Satsport — including odds, game results, account balances, and promotional materials — is provided for your personal use only. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any platform content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

• The platform is available 24 hours a day, subject to scheduled maintenance windows which will be communicated in advance where possible.
• Satsport reserves the right to restrict access to specific products, markets, or features for players in certain regions or under certain account conditions.
• These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation discrepancy, the English version takes precedence.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To place bets, access casino games, or make any financial transaction on Satsport, you must first register a verified account. Registration is free and requires accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Satsport account.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration.

Verification

Satsport may request identity verification documents at any point, including during withdrawal requests or following unusual account activity. Verification documents typically include a valid government-issued ID (CNIC, passport) and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension until the process is completed.

Single Account Policy

Each player is allowed exactly one account on the Satsport platform. This rule applies regardless of the device used, the payment method linked, or whether a different name or contact detail is used. If Satsport identifies multiple accounts linked to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play across those accounts will be forfeited.

3. Deposits & Payments

Satsport accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and supported debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR with no currency conversion applied to your account balance.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant.
• Satsport does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Failed or Pending Deposits

If a deposit appears to have been deducted from your payment method but has not credited to your account balance, please contact the support team with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt the same deposit again before confirming the status of the original transaction, as duplicate deposits cannot be automatically refunded.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Satsport account are processed to your verified payment methods only. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used to fund the account wherever practically possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure.

Withdrawal Processing Times

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically processed within 60 minutes of approval.
• Raast: Usually credited within the same business day.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Cards / Mobile Wallets: Processing times vary by provider, typically 1–5 business days.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• Satsport does not charge withdrawal fees on any payment method.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your balance must meet the stated wagering requirements before withdrawal of the associated real-money balance is permitted.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a verification check. If verification has not been completed, withdrawal processing may be paused until verification is finalised.

5. Sports Betting Rules

Satsport offers a wide range of sports betting markets, with a primary focus on cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 tournaments, international fixtures, football, and esports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

Bet Acceptance & Settlement

• A bet is only confirmed and binding once you receive a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Bets that do not receive this confirmation are not valid.
• Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Satsport reserves the right to limit bet amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• All live (in-play) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay for integrity verification purposes.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void under the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned and not completed within the official rescheduling window.
• A manifest pricing error is identified on a market.
• Confirmed match-fixing, corruption, or integrity breaches are reported by official governing bodies.
• A technical error resulted in incorrect market data being displayed at the time the bet was placed.

Void bets are returned as a stake refund to your account balance. They do not count as wins or losses for the purposes of wagering requirements.

Cricket & PSL Specific Rules

For cricket markets, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC) is used for settlement. In the event of a DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) result, the official DLS outcome is used. PSL markets follow PCB official match results. Rain-affected matches that produce an official result via DLS will be settled accordingly.

6. Casino & Slots

Satsport's casino and slots section — including live casino tables and all slot titles — is governed by the rules of each individual game as provided by the game software supplier. In all cases where a discrepancy exists between a displayed result and the game's server-side result, the server-side result is definitive and final.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer action, depending on the game type.
• Satsport cannot influence the outcome of any casino game or slot.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payout. This process may take up to 72 hours for large jackpot amounts.
• Any technical malfunction during a game session that prevents a round from completing will result in the stake for that round being returned to your balance.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Satsport offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, reload bonuses, and VIP-tier exclusive rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms stated at the time the bonus is issued.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are issued in bonus funds that are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• Bonus validity periods vary by offer. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from your balance automatically.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or misrepresenting eligibility — will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited, and the account being reviewed for potential suspension.

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Satsport login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method linked to your account.

• Never share your login details with anyone, including friends or family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Satsport support immediately to have the account secured.
• Satsport will never ask for your password through any channel, including support chat or email.

Satsport will not be held liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their login credentials with a third party, or failing to secure their device from unauthorised access. If an account is accessed and bets are placed from your login session, those bets are considered valid unless evidence of platform-side compromise is confirmed.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Satsport reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods.
• Multiple account registration.
• Provision of false information during registration or verification.
• Attempts to exploit platform errors, bugs, or pricing mistakes.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripting tools.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any real-money balance remaining may be returned after deducting any bonus funds and winnings associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity. Each case is reviewed individually.

Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account can do so by contacting the Satsport support team. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification and withdrawal terms.
